Our key sustainability initiatives
We have implemented numerous initiatives which we feel are very important but crucially, we do not rest on our laurels and have a plan moving forward to ensure that we are always making improvements.
Support Local
Soap and Shampoo
Bottles
No single use plastic
E- Bikes
EV
chargers
Bear - proof
Garbage Bins
Some of our initiatives are visible and others less so.
You will notice for example that we do not have any tent cards or information binders in our guest rooms. In addition to reducing the use of paper, and moving our guest information brochures and pamphlets online, we have invested in the following actions to minimize our carbon footprint, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and decrease our property’s energy consumption. All in an effort to become the most sustainable hotel in BC.
