It’s Community appreciation month at the Fox, where we are giving back to some important initiatives in our community.
This month we are celebrating three selected businesses, by splitting up $5000 between them:
- Fernie Women’s Resource Centre
- Fernie Senior Citizens Drop-In Centre
- Fernie Heritage Library
But we need your help! You get to decide who will receive the most donations, but following the steps below:
- Take a selfie with the Fox sign
- Share it on Facebook/Instagram using #theferniefox
- Name the organization in your post that you’d like to see us donate to
- They earn $5.
We will run until the end of September, or until the whole $5000 is allocated.
Why give back you may ask? For us, this is simple. Our community is a part of our values and ethos. We love the people of our Fernie community and love the great work that they do. As a family-run business, we could not survive without the support of this community, so this is our small way to show our gratitude and appreciation.
